Porto De Cruz tasting event was
held at Bacco Jakarta, September 9. I enjoyed a casual stand-up wine tasting
from 7 PM - 9 PM. The crowd in this event mostly upper class, with many expats
and executives. This event offered a special canapés and free flow of cocktail
like Porto Contento. It was Cruz Port wine combined with blackberry, caramel
syrup, orange juice, and cashew nuts for garnish. The taste of Porto Contento Cocktail
was sweet, suitable for women.
One of my favourite was Port
Ruby, that contained of Cruz Port wine with peach fruit and soda. Balance of
sweetness, fresh, with a very pleasant finish. The last one, I had Porto Colada
in my hand. Cruz Port wine with Saint James Rum, orchid syrup, and coconut
cream. The taste was mind blowing. And of course, me and all guests can felt a
majestic party on that night.
